REV Major Philippines, Tekken World Tour Challenger 2018, happened at Power Mac Center Spotlight, Circuit Makati on September 15 & 16, 2018.
It's been a year since the 1st REV Major Tekken World Tour 2017 happened in the Philippines. The opportunity for Doujin to join the Tekken World Tour 1st season for the South East Asia Pacific Region and finished at Rank #6 in the overall standing, a little closer to the TOP 5 whom everyone's dream to compete in the USA for the Tekken World Tour Grand Finals.
This year our very own Filipino Tekken 7 player PBE Doujin finished REV Major on 9th Place. He was happy and a little bit surprised while he was kidding himself that he was able to maintain his 9th Place from his last year standing. He lost his last match going up to TOP 8 against Rangchu of Korea.
We are happy to see Doujin went up to TOP 16 and play his best on that day. PBE Doujin lost his 1st game winners side to Dotoring of Korea score 2-1 that put him to losers side, but Doujin was able to get back to Dotoring and score 2-0 off the stream.
Doujin was very happy that he was able to hear how foreign players appreciated the warmest cheers in all their matches, thank you to all fellow Filipinos for sharing all your best effort in showing the world how much we love Tekken and how warm we are to host a tournament and hopefully next year from challenger this year we will be back to as a major again.
Doujin's favorite part of the game is always the opportunity to play. He was thankful to his school officials in San Beda College Alabang for allowing him to be excused in his Midterm exams on that day so he would be able to play in his best performance in all his matches to all our strong local and Korean players.
